Inspectr serves a single purpose: workflow automation, form population, and file management for field property inspectors.

We access and process only the data strictly necessary to execute these operations:

• Active Form & Screen Data: Reads on-screen inspection fields to format records, generate email templates, and draft survey narratives.
• AI Processing: On-screen text and parcel details are processed via the Google Gemini API solely for field population and narrative drafting.
• Local Storage: Saves onboarding state and active session parameters locally in your browser to maintain UI persistence.

2. Google Workspace & Data Protection

Inspectr integrates directly with your authenticated Google Workspace APIs (Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar) via OAuth2:

• All file, spreadsheet, and calendar operations occur securely between your active browser session and your authenticated Google Workspace account.
• We do not store, copy, or retain your Google Drive, Sheets, or Calendar data on external proprietary servers.

3. Data Sharing & Prohibited Uses

We certify that user data accessed through Inspectr is:

• Never sold or transferred to third parties or data brokers.
• Never used for purposes unrelated to the extension's core single purpose.
• Never used for determining creditworthiness, lending evaluations, or financial assessment.
• Never retained or utilized to train unauthorized AI models.
